Age-Friendly Forsyth connects, informs, and engages aging adults and community partners to create a livable community through collaborative planning and action.

United Methodist Association of Health and Welfare Ministries

The United Methodist Association promotes, inspires, recognizes and empowers excellence in human service ministries.

Shepherd’s Center of Greater Winston-Salem:

The Shepherd’s Center of Greater Winston-Salem is an interfaith ministry that promotes and supports successful aging by providing direct services, volunteer opportunities, and enrichment programs for older adults. Arbor Acres supports the Shepherd’s Center in many ways, including donating pool time in the Tomlinson Wellness Center three days per week for aqautic classes that both Shepherd’s Center participants and Arbor Acres residents can take.
