      • Managers: CAREFULLY review the Annual Increase Process for Leaders document linked below.
      • Managers should have position-wide SMART goals (from your Director) for most common positions.
      • Position-wide goals are group goals you can celebrate at weekly staff meeting, or discuss if people need to improve.
      • If someone is struggling or you’d like to develop them, write your own Smart Goal for them to ADD to the group goal. Here’s a quick YouTube video which can be help (and we have an activity below we used in the meeting.)
      • ALSO – We are rolling out AwardCo on April 1st. This is a tool described in the video which is used to celebrate staff. Use the sheet below and plan for how you will personally use it for your team.
